100 Strangers in Nancy Project | #28

2:52 PM – I was walking towards my car to go back home and I crossed this woman and one of her friends for the second or third time since two hours that I spent in the city. I don’t believe to superstitions but I said myself I had to shot them. At the beginning, her friends didn’t want to stop because he feared that I would ask them some money. They didn’t know what I wanted to ask them. As I told her my project, they were more smiling and less worried. I shot her first, then her friend and finally we chatted about her next studies. She’s going to study to be a nurse (yeahhhh! Like me!!!) She seems to be called Diane-Marie but I’m not sure anymore (I apologize if I’m wrong). In any case, thanks to her for participating to my project.

(14h52 – Je marchais vers ma voiture pour rentrer à la maison et j’ai croisé cette femme et un de ses amis pour la deuxième ou troisième fois depuis deux heures que j’ai passé en ville. Je ne crois pas aux superstitions mais je me suis dit que je devais les photographier. Au début, son ami ne voulait pas parce qu’il avait peur que je leur demande de l’argent. Ils ne savaient pas ce que j’allais leur demander. Au fur et à mesure que je leur expliquais mon projet, ils étaient plus souriants et moins inquiets. Je l’ai d’abord photographié elle en premier, puis son ami et finalement nous avons discuté quelques minutes de ses futurs études. Elle va faire des études pour devenir infirmière (yeahhhhh! Comme moi!!!!) Il me semble qu’elle s’appelle Diane-Marie mais je ne suis plus sur (Excusez moi si je me trompe). En tous les cas, merci à elle de participer à mon projet.)
